Spa Etiquette
We strive to provide the utmost soothing spa environment. Out of consideration for other guests, please speak softly throughout the spa. Cell phones must be placed in silent mode before entering the spa.
Arrival
For first time visiters we have a 5-10 minute health consultation form that is required for the majority of treatments. We have a relaxation area where you may fill out your form, and enjoy some fresh water or tea.
What to wear
This depends on what service you are having done and what the weather is outside.
Pedicures it is suggested to wear skirt or pants that can be roll up easily. Weather permitting wear open toe shoes to allow the polish extra time to dry. Disposable slippers are available.
Body Wraps wear cotton underwear, as polyesters may react and irritate the skin. Disposable underwear is available upon request.
Massages we suggest you leave your jewelry at home. The less that you have to take off, the less likely you will accidently leave something behind.
We provide robes and slippers for services that require them.
Gratuity
Gratuities are not included in the price of the spa services. A customary 15%-20% is suggested in appreciation of exceptional service.
Cancellation Policy
Please notify us at least 24 hours prior to cancellation. No-shows are subject to full payment of scheduled services.
